  • Connecting with the rhythm and capabilities of your baby

  • Advising on infant sleep and the establishment of routines

  • Ensuring secure parent-infant attachment

  • Providing information on the development of infants and children

  • Mental health assessment and treatment

 

Pregnancy and new parenthood can involve a multitude of physical and emotional stressors. Many parents and their babies have to work through some of the following challenges during the perinatal period:
